I’m delighted to welcome Jon Morley as our new Business Development Director.

With a remarkable career spanning three decades, Jon’s extensive experience in the financial sector aligns perfectly with our mission - to provide the infrastructure that transforms professional services collaboration - and we’re excited to have him join us.

Jon’s background includes director roles at major IFA wealth advisory businesses in the UK, investment banks, and large international accountancy firms.

His track record in collaborating with professional advisers is impressive, with over a thousand professional introducer relationships created over the past three decades.

RQ's mission aligns perfectly with Jon’s experience, and he knows better than most the pain points and pitfalls that exist when working closely with other professionals and the benefits to businesses and clients of closer collaboration.

Jon’s role within RQ involves forging partnerships across the professions, bringing in new customers, and contributing his expertise to the development of a comprehensive training program for RQ users, by leveraging his successful track record in delivering similar programs for large IFA and accountancy groups.
