Meet the team

James is RQ’s Director of Growth, and brings over a decade of expertise in user acquisition, product management, and growth marketing to our team.

He has spent the past 11 years working for fast growing London-based fintech and legaltech startups and scaleups, and has been through multiple renowned growth programmes and accelerators during that time.

Prior to joining RQ, James led the Growth teams at VC-backed data visualisation API platform Datapane, wealth infrastructure API platform WealthKernel, legal marketplace Lexoo, and held user acquisition roles for US content marketing platform BrightTALK.

James holds an MA History and Economics degree from the University of Aberdeen, as well as industry growth qualifications. When he’s not working, he's frequently found traveling, running, hiking, skiing, or playing football.
